J.D. Nolin is a retired law enforcement professional with thirty-three years of experience working as a Florida Law Enforcement Officer. Twenty years plus working in the criminal investigation division. He retired at the rank of Major with the Bay County Sheriff's Office in Panama City, Florida.

He has investigative experience in multiple homicides,  robberies, burglaries, sexual assaults, theft, embezzlement, domestic abuse, drugs, traffic, and civil cases. He has held almost every position and rank for his agency. He was a trainer for his department in Confessions and Criminal Investigations.

J.D. is certified in conducting CVSA exams (Lie Detection Exams). He is a Graduate of National Institute of Truth Verification  and offers these services to the public. J.D. is also the President of the Brotherhood of Christian Law Enforcement Officers, with thousands of members, with members in every state and multiple countries. 

J.D. Nolin has a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and during his career has been recognized as the Officer of the Year for the State of Florida. J.D. has had more training certifications and awards that he has received during his career than can listed on our website.
